FORUM GREENACCORD -LA NUOVA ECONOMIA? PUÒ ESSERE SOLO GREEN

ROMA -Terzo ed ultimo giorno del XVI Forum internazionale organizzato da GREENACCORD ONLUS, seguito da numerosi giornalisti provenienti da tutto il mondo e seguito con una diretta non stop da Radio VATICANA con l’inviata Marina Tomarro. Ad aprire i lavori della mattinata Leonardo Becchetti, docente di Economia all’Università Tor Vergata di Roma. Secondo Becchetti il 90% delle nuove fonti energetiche sono rinnovabili perché convengono,un Watt prodotto con energia solare nel 1970 costava 100 euro,oggi solo 12 centesimi. E poi ci sono incentivi,sgravi fiscali che aiutano privati e imprese. Le banche, ha proseguito Becchetti,concedono finanziamenti valutando il Climate Riso, cioè considerando l’impatto ambientale, così come vanno considerate l’emissione di Titoli di Stato Green,il tutto serve a spingere va erso una nuova economia, più sostenibile, più GREEN. Passare alla circolarità, ovvero ad attività che prestino attenzione ai temi ambientali è un dovere sociale, dallo sharing al riuso o al riciclo dei rifiuti. C’è un legame molto stretto tra questione sociale e ambiente, secondo un rapporto CARITAS di alcuni anni fa ad essere colpiti sono soprattutto i poveri,vittime di elevati costi energetici e dei cambiamenti climatici,tanto da aver determinato la nuova categoria di “Migranti del Clima”.
Alcune considerazioni a margine dell’intervento:Una visione,quella del Professor Becchetti che tiene conto dell’aspetto legato all’economia, infatti ha parlato in modo positivo dei veicoli elettrici,con riferimento alla mobilità pubblica e privata mentre i dati recenti restituiscono un quadro di forte crisi ,dopo gli incentivi, infatti,sono calate le vendite di auto elettriche e in Europa si paventa la chiusura di stabilimenti di produzione,in Germania la Volkswagen ha annunciato il licenziamento di 110mila dipendenti e poi c’è il problema per nulla secondario dello smaltimento delle batterie esauste e delle materie prime per la produzione.
